STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbs. cinnamon
2 tbs. nutmeg
12 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. softened cream cheese
3 tbs. sugar
8 oz. orange marmalade
½ cup kayo syrup (the clear stuff)
3 tbs. butter
1 loaf freshly baked French bread

In bowl, mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese and sugar. Heat butter in large skillet to 350°. Place eggs in mixing bowl and beat well. Add milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices. Slit each slice down the middle forming a pocket. Stuff each slice with 3 oz. of cheese mixture. Dip each slice in egg mixture. Cook until golden brown on each side. Mix orange marmalade and syrup together. Pour over French Toast.
